Workshop: Dahlia Day Camp 10/04-05/2025
Join us OCTOBER 4-5 2025 for a floral-immersive experience contemplating, cutting and designing with locally-grown flowers, taught in the mountains of Morgan, Utah at the quiet, secluded Tifie Ranch. In partnership with Stephen Workman of Mountain Man Flowers, Pamela Olson will conduct a full-day workshop during which attendees will be treated to a tour of Stephen's farm as well as a discussion of dahlias with Jessica from Bloom Flower. Pamela will give an expert design demonstration and guide attendees through the process of designing their own pieces, which will be part of a gorgeous tablescape of flowers. The day includes a light lunch and a custom-prepared, seasonal meal by Chef Rebekah of Rebekah's Kitchen. But as the name implies, this workshop is all about DAHLIAS! How to grow them; care & handling; and how to design them into stunning arrangements. The afternoon design session is a group activity creating a beautiful tables for the chef-prepared dinner. A truly unique, one-of-a-kind experience in the Utah mountains!
